Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, new launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
